Edit customer specific catalog

Learn how to edit customer specific catalog in the Phasio manufacturing platform

Catalogs help you manage frequently reordered parts for a specific customer. Each part in the catalog has predefined manufacturing specifications. Think of this as the standardized parts library for recurring use.

This guide explains how to add parts to a customer's catalog, making them easily accessible for future quotes and orders.

Add a part to a customer’s catalog

To add a new part to a customer's catalog:

  1. Navigate to the Customers tab from the main sidebar.
  2. Click on the customer’s name to open their Details page.
  3. Navigate to the Catalog tab.
  4. Click + to add a new part.
  5. Upload the part file.
  6. Select the Technology and Material.
  7. Set up either Automated or Manual pricing.
  8. Click Add to save the part to the catalog.

⚠️ Note: Catalog entries cannot be edited or deleted at this time. To make changes, upload a new version of the part with updated specifications.
