Learn how to edit customer specific catalog in the Phasio manufacturing platform
Catalogs help you manage frequently reordered parts for a specific customer. Each part in the catalog has predefined manufacturing specifications. Think of this as the standardized parts library for recurring use.
This guide explains how to add parts to a customer's catalog, making them easily accessible for future quotes and orders.
Add a part to a customer’s catalog
To add a new part to a customer's catalog:
- Navigate to the Customers tab from the main sidebar.
- Click on the customer’s name to open their Details page.
- Navigate to the Catalog tab.
- Click + to add a new part.
- Upload the part file.
- Select the Technology and Material.
- Set up either Automated or Manual pricing.
- Click Add to save the part to the catalog.
⚠️ Note: Catalog entries cannot be edited or deleted at this time. To make changes, upload a new version of the part with updated specifications.
