Edit customer specific pricing

Learn how to edit customer specific pricing in the Phasio manufacturing platform

The Pricing tab lets you define custom pricing for specific customers, ensuring consistency across repeat orders.

This guide covers how to edit, reuse, or delete pricing configurations—especially useful for parts frequently reordered with consistent specifications.

Edit a pricing equation

To update an existing pricing configuration for a customer:

  1. Navigate to Customers from the main sidebar.
  2. Click on the customer's name to open their Details page.
  3. Go to the Pricing tab.
  4. Click the row of the pricing entry you want to update — this opens the Overview for that process.
  5. Click on the Equation tab.
  6. Click Edit to modify the equation.
  7. Click Save to apply your changes.

Reuse existing pricing configurations

While pricing configurations are tied to individual customers, all pricing equations live under Manufacturing > Processand can be duplicated across customers.

To reuse a pricing equation:

  1. Go to Manufacturing > Process.
  2. Click ··· (more options) next to the equation you want to reuse.
  3. Select Duplicate.
    • In the dropdown, choose the customer under Duplicate to a specific organization.
  4. Click Duplicate to confirm.

Set a default process for your Storefront

You can define a default technology, process, and pricing equation that is pre-selected when a customer uploads a part via your Storefront.

To set a default process:

  1. Go to Process under the Manufacturing section from the main sidebar.
  2. Click ··· next to the equation.
  3. Select Set as Default.

⚠️ Only one process can be set as the default at a time.

Delete a pricing configuration

To remove a pricing setup from a customer’s profile:

  1. Navigate to Customers from the main sidebar.
  2. Click on the customer's name to open their Details page.
  3. Go to the Pricing tab.
  4. Click ··· next to the pricing entry you want to delete.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Confirm the action in the popup by clicking Delete.
