Configure shipping options

Phasio’s platform provides a shipping management system that lets manufacturers configure multiple delivery options. Shipping methods can be customized based on location, package dimensions, and business preferences, ensuring the right options are shown at checkout.

Add a self-collection method

1. Navigate to Shipping from the main sidebar.
2. Select the Self Collection tab.
3. Click + in the top-right corner to launch the method creation interface.
4. Name: Enter a clear, descriptive name for your self-collection method. This name will be shown to customers during checkout (e.g., "Warehouse Pickup," "Factory Collection").
5. Collect Contact Details: Specify whether additional contact details are required to coordinate the pickup. This ensures proper communication for scheduling.
6. Click Add Method to save and activate this self-collection option in your checkout process.

Add a fixed price method

1. Navigate to Shipping from the main sidebar.

2. Select the Fixed Price tab.

3. Click + in the top-right corner to launch the method creation interface.

4. Name: Enter a clear, descriptive name for your fixed price shipping method. This name will be shown to customers during checkout (e.g., "Standard Delivery," "Express Shipping").

5. Countries: Select the countries where this shipping method should be available. This enables territory-specific shipping options.

6. Use Weight Based Tiers: Specify whether shipping costs should vary by weight.

   • If enabled: Define weight thresholds and corresponding prices to create a tiered pricing structure.
   • If disabled: Set a single fixed price that applies to all package weights for a simplified checkout experience.

   

7. Click Add Method to save and activate this fixed price shipping option in your checkout process.

Add carrier account method

⚠️ Prerequisite: To enable carrier account integration, you must add at least one shipping box price (see "Add Shipping Box Prices" below). Phasio’s platform will then automatically select the most suitable shipping box for each order.

1. Navigate to Shipping from the main sidebar.
2. Select the Carrier Account tab.
3. Click + in the top-right corner to launch the method creation interface
4. Carrier Provider: Select your preferred shipping carrier from the list of supported logistics providers integrated with the Phasio platform.
5. Account Credentials: Enter your carrier account credentials and any required configuration details. (Required fields may vary depending on the selected carrier.)
6. Click Add Method to connect your carrier account to the Phasio platform. You’ve now activated real-time shipping rate calculations and package tracking in your checkout process.

Add shipping box prices

1. Navigate to Shipping from the main sidebar.
2. Select the Boxes tab.
3. Click + in the top-right corner to launch the method creation interface
4. Name: Enter a descriptive name for the shipping box that reflects its intended use or size category (e.g., "Small Parts Box," "Standard Component Container").
5. Length, Width, Height (mm): Enter the exact dimensions of the shipping container to enable accurate volumetric calculations for shipping cost estimates.
6. Click Add Box to add this box to your shipping inventory.
