Manage and edit projects

Projects allow you to manage multiple quotes and orders under one umbrella, making it easier to track work related to a specific customer or initiative.

This guide explains how to view, manage, and edit projects.

Project details

To access your projects, go to Projects > List from the main sidebar.

Click on a Project Name to view its details. Each project includes:

• Orders: All orders linked to the project.
• Quotes: All associated quotes.
• Activity: A conversation log where you can message the customer.
• Files: Upload supporting documents or assets.
• Designs: View 3D renders of uploaded files.

Project status

1. Proposal: Proposals are initiated by customers via the Custom RFQ button on your Storefront — typically when they want to start a project but don’t have a model file to upload. To accept or reject a project with the Proposal status, click on the buttons on the top right of the screen. Clicking on Accept will convert it to Active status automatically.

⚠️ You can chat and exchange files with the customer during the proposal phase, but you cannot create quotes or orders until the request is accepted.

2. Active: Projects will have the Active status if:
   • The project was created by the manufacturer (Projects > Add new)
   • Manufacturer accepted a project with Proposal status
3. Completed: Manufacturer marks a project as completed.

Create orders or quotes within a project

You can create new orders or quotes directly inside a project.

To do so:

1. Open the desired Project
2. Navigate to the Orders or Quotes tab
3. Click Create Order or Create Quote

⚠️ It is currently not possible to add existing Orders or Quotes to a project. The Phasio team is actively working on this functionality for a future release.

Mark a project as complete

Projects start with a default status of Active and can be updated to Completed once finished.

To mark a project as complete:

1. Open the desired Project
2. Click Mark as Complete in the top-right corner

⚠️ You can only complete a project if all orders are ****finished. Open quotes or in-progress orders will prevent completion.
