Orders board

Visual board view for managing and tracking all your orders

Orders are generated when you create a new order. You can view and manage them in two formats: Board or List.

This guide explains how to track and manage orders using the Orders > Board view.

What is a Board?

The Board provides a visual overview to track all orders across every stage of production. This creates shared understanding within your team of each order's current status and progress.

Manage orders by production stage

Each column (or swim lane) on the Board represents a stage in your production workflow. By default, the stages are:

  • Pending
  • Processed
  • Completed

You can customize these stages by reordering, renaming, or removing columns to better reflect your process. To do this, go to Edit Order Status Names.

View and sort orders

Orders appear as individual cards within each column, representing a specific stage. Each card includes key details:

  • Order ID
  • Number of parts
  • Total cost
  • Customer's email address
  • Order placement date
  • Due status (e.g. Overdue: Due X months ago)

You can sort cards within a column by Last Updated, Created Date, or Due Date using the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the Board view.
