Enable your AI Assistant
Learn how to enable your ai assistant in the Phasio manufacturing platform
Phasio offers manufacturers an intelligent AI Assistant that can be embedded directly into your Storefront interface, providing an alternative way for customers to request a quote. This AI Assistant leverages your unique process catalog, material options, and pricing structures to deliver immediate, accurate responses.
With this integration, manufacturers can offer 24/7 automated support for inquiries about manufacturing capabilities, material options, pricing estimates, and production specifications—greatly enhancing the customer experience while reducing the support workload on your team.
Enable your AI Assistant
- Navigate to Organization from the main sidebar, and select General.
- Scroll down to the Features section.
- Enable the AI Assistant toggle.
- Click Save in the top-right corner to apply your changes.
👉 The AI Assistant feature is now active on your Storefront.
