Supported payment types

Phasio’s platform supports multiple payment types to accommodate both international and local preferences, helping manufacturers expand their reach across borders. Learn how to connect your preferred payment provider here

Digital payments (Stripe, PayPal, RazorPay)

For businesses using payment gateways, you can resend payment links directly to customers:

1. Open the quote.
2. Navigate to the Customer section.
3. Click Resend Estimate to email an invoice with a payment link.

Manual payments (Bank Transfer, ACH, Invoice)

For offline methods, payment reconciliation and refunds must be handled outside the platform.

⚠️ Always confirm receipt of payment before proceeding with production.

Check payment status

If the quote is expected to be paid via a digital gateway, check the Payment section:

• Unpaid — Customer has not completed payment via Stripe, PayPal, or RazorPay.
• In Progress — SEPA transfer was initiated but not yet fulfilled.
• Refunded — Payment was completed and refunded via Stripe, PayPal, or RazorPay.
