Setup

This onboarding guide will walk you through the different steps required to fully customize your Phasio account.

Basic configuration

This section covers the basic configurations for your account to customize the storefront to your liking.

Implement pricing

Phasio helps to reproduce your manual pricing process as accurately as possible, so that you can estimate part costs within seconds.

The manufacturing processes and technologies are the heart of your business, and you can expect to spend a significant amount of time creating and fine-tuning pricing equations that work for you. Hence, we have gathered some content to support you in the process.

  1. Add a new manufacturing process

Accounting system integration & document templates

With the Phasio built-in templates, you can customize the touch and feel of your invoices, quotes and order confirmations. If you use one of the natively integrated accounting systems, all document templates will default to those used in the respective accounting systems.

  1. Learn how to integrate your accounting system. Currently, Phasio supports Xero, Zoho, WeClapp, LexOffice and QuickBooks
  2. Alternatively, if you do not connect your accounting system, learn how to use and customize the Phasio document templates

Training

1. Learn about quoting

Understand the different methods that a quote can be created in Phasio:

After a quote is created, the manufacturer can choose to edit, accept or reject a quote. Accepting a quote will convert the quote into an order.

2. Learn about creating and managing orders

Phasio offers flexible order creation, supporting both direct orders and conversions from existing quotes. Learn how to create orders here.

After creating an order, Phasio allows manufacturers to edit and manage the orders, progress the orders through each stage of production until completion of the order. Learn how to manage your orders here.

3. Learn about proposals and projects

If your customer does not have a model file to upload, they can initiate a proposal via the Custom RFQ button on your Storefront. Understand proposals through this guide.

Projects let you group multiple quotes and orders under one umbrella, making it easier to manage work related to a specific customer or initiative.

Projects can be created in two ways:

  • Manually by the manufacturer
  • Automatically when a customer submits a quote via the Storefront

This guide explains how to effectively create and use projects.

Go Live

Learn how to embed the storefront onto your website. Once you have embedded the storefront on your website, let your customers know about it by sending out an email newsletter or announcing it on your LinkedIn page.
